Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are finally set to sign the papers to the $7 million divorce settlement this week and Herald will fulfill her promise to donate the money to charity, according to the actress's lawyer Pierce O' Donnell report on US Weekly.

According to TMZ, Amber Heard donated $350,000 to the ACLU on August 19, a rep for the organization. The actress paid the money in advance but she kept future payments on hold until she receives the rest of her $7 million divorce settlement from her ex-husband Johnny Deep.

The settlement documents will be finalized within this week and as per the agreement, Johnny is obligated to pay Amber, reported by attorney Pierce O' Donnell. The actress recent PSA on domestic violence does not violate her settlement agreement with Johnny and the actress will frequently raise her voice to the chorus of women speaking out about the terrible scourge on the American family.

The Danish Girl actress, Amber filed for divorce after four-year relationship from Pirates of the Caribbean actor Johnny Deep, claiming that he verbally and physically abused her during their relation.

According to PERENZHILTON, The Danish Girl star Heard vowed to donate the money from her divorce settlement with her ex, Johnny, 53 to the Children's Hospital and American Civil Liberties Union.

Heard has appeared in an emotional # Girl Gaze project PSA about domestic abuse on Friday, November 25, without directly acknowledging Deep. In the video clip, the actress raises the inner dialogue of a victim of domestic violence. The actress said "I'm strong. I'm smart. I'm not a victim".

The couple jointly announced their divorce settlement in a joint statement in August after a long time divorce battle. In a joint statement both of them revealed their relationship was intensely passionate and bound by love.
