Pangu earlier stated that they already had the jailbreak tool when iOS 10 was under the beta testing process. Reports have stated that the hackers might release the jailbreak tool before the year ends.

Apple, on the other hand, has already moved one step ahead as they are testing the iOS 10.2 update. Apparently, Pangu is waiting for the right time to release the update, but the wait has been a little long as per iTech Post.

From Apple's standpoint, they have had many groups like Pangu to break through its operating system and this has led the tech giant with high-security measures to make jailbreaking impossible. There have been others like Pangu who have claimed to have the iOS 10 jailbreaking tool but none have released the tool yet.

It turns out that Apple has been successful is securing their iOS 10 and Pangu is still to release the jailbreaking tool. As for the public, they are still eagerly waiting for one of these individuals to release the tool.

Pangu has been one of the most trusted jailbreakers in the market but there are also other alternatives like TweakBox and Mojo by Cydia reported News Every Day.

Jailbreaking has also got its own catch; there is a high possibility that once a device is jailbroken it will not work anymore and Apple has stated that many times as much as they could.

Despite the possible problems in jailbreaking users have still gone forward with it, the jailbreaking experts have stated to stick to the iOS 10.1 and not to update with the upcoming latest 10.2.

Some users are ready to take the risk of waiting while some are eager to update to the latest 10.2 iOS. There is still no guaranty as to when will the jailbreaking tool be available as Pangu has not made any statements yet.
