Indeed, 'Love is an Open Door', especially for Frozen 2. Not only will Elsa be meeting the person to sweep her off her feet, even Olaf will be finding himself a mate on the ice-cold sequel.

Disney has been tight tight-lipped after announcing in 2015 that a sequel for Frozen was green-lit. The rumor mill, though, has been running non-stop, with several theories circulating on what to expect from the follow up of 2013's box office masterpiece.

Several outlets have reported that rumors for Frozen 2 include introducing a king that will win the affections of the Snow Queen, Elsa. And she is not alone in finding true love, as the resident snowman, Olaf, will have a mate of his own as well. Ecumenical News also added that some time after the announcement, a Twitter war was waged by fans of the movie, with one group asking for Elsa to be given a prince charming, while the other group wants to the snow queen to have a girlfriend.

What has been confirmed, though, is that three of the original voice cast will be returning to Arendelle. According to GamenGuide, Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell will be reprising their roles as the sisters Elsa and Anna, respectively. Olaf's voice actor, Josh Gad, will be coming back as well. Chris Buck, who served as the director of the first film, is also back onboard at the helm. According to an interview with him, Buck states that the movie will be looking at the lives of Elsa and Anna separately.

"Frozen" was released in 2013, and is considered by some critics as the best Disney movie to date. Grossing over $1.3 billion worldwide, it has become one of the highest-grossing films of all time. Inspired by the fairy tale 'The Snow Queen' by Hans Christian Andersen, it revolves around estranged sisters Elsa and Anna, with Elsa setting the kingdom in an eternal winter before escaping, and Anna, along with Kristoff, Sven and Olaf, seeking for her sister to restore Arendelle to its former state.
