Marvel's success this year

"Captain America: Civil War" managed to successfully deliver in the midst of the extreme hype that it received prior to its release, and "Doctor Strange" has also managed to successfully deliver yet an entirely new side of the Marvel Universe.

Fans are looking into the future

Now that the movies are out, it would only leave fans now to look ahead to the future of Marvel's Phase 3, which would include the much-anticipated "Avengers: Infinity War." Updates on the movie have been fairly minimal, but according to some recent updates, we finally have information regarding when the movie is going to begin shooting.

Date for shooting revealed

The website My Entertainment World has recently updated some of their information regarding the movies that will begin shooting in the near future. One of those movies that were mentioned just so happened to be "Avengers: Infinity War."

According to the websites new information, an official shoot is just around the corner. Based on the date that they showed, the massive Marvel movie will be rolling cameras starting January 23, 2017. They even listed the production locations, which is going to be in Atlanta, Georgia, and the United Kingdom.

Said shoot date is perfect

Both Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2 will be shooting back-to-back, with the entire production scheduled to last for most of the year. This would only imply that the January start date makes perfect sense, especially since directors Anthony and Joe Russo have been busy scouting for potential locations and doing some pre-production for quite some time now.

"Avengers: Infinity War" will hit theaters on May 4, 2018, with the sequel being released the following year on May 3, 2019.
