In Monday, the two companies announced that Comcast will combine the Google's massive video service onto X1, the high-tech pay-TV service of a cable company that is used by about half of its clients. The deal is to give Comcast clients a full access to the YouTube application, and content from the video platform will be incorporated along with the other on-demand content.

According to Engadget, once the application is released this year, the clients will be able to search YouTube via text or with the X1 voice remote, and YouTube streams will be coordinated with the UI. The new partnership means that YouTube's clips and streams will be available and searchable on Comcast X1 just like a standard channel or show.

Voice commands will also work for YouTube, this permits clients to released the application and scan for particular shows, artists, and personalities. As of now, Comcast has Netflix that is coordinated into its X1 box, and YouTube is likely will not be the last major application to hit the platform.

CNET reported that as the two greatest online video companies of their kind, Netflix and YouTube have been perfect cases for rope cutting, the trend of people forsaking pay-TV like Comcast for advanced options instead. Comcast added YouTube to imply that the greatest cable company in the US is extending its gates to incorporate a service that delivers a top-notch premium clips along with user-generated uploads by virtually.

For now, YouTube is already available specifically through many smart TV's and streaming boxes, but like the Netflix arrangement, this would bring get to step closer for millions of cable TV clients.  Coordinating YouTube with that deeply into X1 will takes outs the additional hoops to jump through of watching YouTube on TV through a gushing box like Apple TV or Ruko.

Comcast Cable's chief business Sam Schwartz said that the company was eager to have a partnership with Google, which brings YouTube to X1 that provides clients easier access to all the substance the clients love in one place. Comcast said that YouTube will be available on the X1 box later this year.
