The fight between WBO world welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao and Britain's Amir Khan will not push through said Manny's events promoter Bob Arum. He said that the original UAE "Super Fight" will not materialize because of failed negotiations for a $38 million dollars offer for the fight. Khan was the pick of Manny Pacquiao's online fans in a Twitter poll for his next opponent. Reports say that the two would have to wait until the second half of the year to finally face off.

Bob Arum said that the UAE fight deal was dead: "It's kaddish." Arum said that Khan will not be meeting Manny and there is no proposal for another fight, BBC reported. Khan was preferred by Pacquiao's fans before Kell Brook, Jeff Horn and Terence Crawford. Furthermore, Arum said that Pacman's advisor will negotiate for a fight against another opponent which could happen in July this year.

Meanwhile, Koncz has been pushing for the April bout to happen and was responsible for telling media that the fight would definitely happen, The National reported. Arum said that the $38 million made no sense and even calling it an "outlandish sum." Manny's promoter said that when they contacted him he said that it's not going to happen.
