Bandai Namco has announced that there will two more playable guest characters in the form of "Tekken 7" downloadable content (DLC) in the future. There will be 3 DLCs in all where two will be released this year and the last will be launched in 2018.

According to IGN, the first two "Tekken 7" DLC will be released in Summer 2017 and Winter 2017. It will be released after the game has officially launched on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on June 2.

The last "Tekken 7" DLC will reportedly be released in Spring 2018. The outlet adds that the last 2 post-launch DLC of the game will bring the new guest characters with bonus alternative costumes and an exclusive fighting stage.

The "Tekken 7" DLC packs can be bought individually but fans can actually buy the game's season pass to save money. The outlet adds that in addition to getting all DLC packs and the new playable guest characters, there will be 35 exclusive shiny new costumes for the characters of the fighting game.

Gematsu reports that Bandai Namco has announced that players can personalize the character panels in the game. Apart from the "Tekken 7" DLC costumes, they will also be able to customize their loading screens featuring the works of differents artists with their artistic takes on "Tekken" characters.

Bandai Namco has not announced the 2 playable guest characters they will bring from the "Tekken 7" DLC. Akuma from the "Street Fighter" franchise will also be in the upcoming fighting game but he will not be one of the new guest fighters. Akuma was announced last year and debuted with a reveal trailer for the game. Additionally, those who have preordered the game will receive the vampire Eliza as a bonus character for their game.
