The 23-year-old singer/songwriter and Grammy award winner can't seem to control his wild side despite his record breaking hits and achievements. For Justin Bieber, his constant partying and ladies all around him may be his outlet from his very busy and in demand career. And just recently, the proof of his unruly lifestyle has been reported all the way from Australia, where he stayed for a while in a luxurious mansion worth $20 million.

Reports from Mail Online shows his recent stay in one of the mansions in Sydney has revealed his activities from partying to smoking marijuana. The same mansion where Adele usually stays in Australia was occupied by Justin Bieber and the property owner had a huge job of cleaning and deodorizing the said mansion. Neighbors were also complaining about loud music and fans' screaming until the early mornings of 3 a.m. as Bieber's choice of fun includes an all-night party and sexy ladies in his pool.

The Mosman mansion where the "Sorry" hit maker spent his days in Australia was left with a disastrous state and a damaged sofa. According to reports from Stuff, his stay had cost him about $30,000 worth of clean up and damaged furniture, a small amount of his million dollar net worth. The mansion which is to be maintained well for its next buyers has to be deodorized because of its foul smell, as described by the property owner, which resembled a "Nimbin boarding house."

The smell of Nimbin shows how its resident uses liberal amounts of Marijuana, a town in Australia that is known to have many Marijuana users despite its legal state in the country. Justin Bieber, who is apparently tagged as a well-known user of Marijuana even, had a "weed bunker on wheels." The foul odor may have resulted to the pot session that happened combined with the presence of his assorted guests. The place is currently subjected to a major clean up and fumigation to remove the odor and wastes that came from Bieber's merrymakings.
