We know you've most likely gotten off track of your fitness routines because of the quarantine. Who hasn't? Maintaining one's fitness indoors is not the easiest thing to do when you're already used to a daily routine.

Whether your choice is jogging in the park every morning, walking a good distance to and from work, taking a few laps in the swimming pool, this time calls for some form of adjustment.

One good thing about this COVID-19 crisis might be that it sheds light on some details that we did not really pay attention to before. This includes our lifestyle, including our overall fitness, especially now that we are all cooped up indoors.

Fortunately for us, our favorite Mexican Grill is here to help.

Chipotle Promotes Fitness Indoors Through Lifestyle Bowls

in March of last year, Chipotle started offering vegan and vegetarian bowls to extend its Lifestyle Bowls that were launched in January 2019, when it initially, the restaurant only offered keto, paleo, Whole30, and double protein diet options.

As a second extension to the Lifestyle Bowl options, Chipotle released five new Lifestyle Bowls just before the end of April. This was after it found that during this quarantine period, 44 percent of a surveyed population said that they lost track of their workout schedule.

The fast-casual chain believes that featuring these new Lifestyle Bowls will help its customers reach their fitness goals even while everyone is on quarantine. These were created by experts in the field-fitness trainers, athletes, and nutrition experts-to make sure that we're getting the right amount and kind of nutrition according to our goal.

CMO Chris Brandt expressed how he hopes that these meals prepared by fitness personalities will inspire people to stay fit. "While we have existing Lifestyle Bowls for specific diets, we're encouraging our fans to eat healthy their way with new menu options inspired by orders from some of our most influential fans in the fitness world," he said.
