Amber Heard's sister has reportedly admitted that the actress had cut off Johnny Depp's finger during an argument in Australia in 2015.

According to Crime Online, this was revealed in unsealed court documents. During the defamation trial in Virginia, Depp testified in April that his ex-wife severed the tip of his finger when she threw a vodka bottle at him.

According to a deposition that was disclosed following the unsealing of more than 6,000 pages of court documents over the weekend, Jennifer Howell, a former boss of Heard's sister, Whitney Henriquez, witnessed the latter receiving texts from the actress in which she admitted her role in the incident.

Howell, an art curator, testified that Henriquez just screamed: "She's done it now. She's cut off his Godd**n finger," and "made this huge proclamation, New York Post reported.

Howell added: "And she goes, 'She cut off his finger. She cut off his finger.' And then she bolted out the door and was like, 'I got to call somebody'."

When Henriquez returned, Howell said Heard's sister told her it was her sister and Johnny Depp, and the actress apparently threw a bottle and cut off his finger.

Heard has denied causing the injury as the actor hurt himself during a drunken rage. During the trial, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor also admitted that he lied to a doctor when he said he had smashed his finger between accordion doors at the time to protect Heard.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp Divorce

Court documents also showed that Amber Heard walked away from an eight-figure payout from Johnny Depp she was entitled to after they filed for divorce in 2016, Daily Mail reported.

The "Aquaman" actress could have sought half of Depp's $33 million he made filming the fifth installment of "Pirates and the Caribbean" since it was filmed while they were married.

However, the actress chose not to, saying she was being true to her word, that "this is not about the money," her lawyers wrote in the filing.

During the trial, Heard's lawyers said the actress took less money than she could have during the split, which was against her counsel's advice. In the end, Heard struck a $7 million divorce settlement in 2016, which she pledged to donate to charity.

In June, a Virginia court ruled that Heard must pay her ex-husband $10 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages.

And with Johnny Depp's former lawyer referring to Amber Heards' claims as a "hoax," the actress was awarded $2 million by the jury in compensatory damages for her counterclaim but nothing in punitive damages. Both parties are appealing the judgment.

Amber Heard Sells California Desert Home

Amber Heard seems to have started raising some cash by selling her Yucca Valley home in the California desert. The California desert oasis home reportedly has a three bedroom and three bathrooms.

The property was placed on six acres of land, according to New York Post. The compound comes with a 110-foot engineered bridge leading to a mountainside gazebo.

The property has solid iron front doors and a kitchen with a double griddle stove, including wiring for the whole-home surround stereo system. The main bedroom features dual walk-in closets and grand stone dual sinks with a soaking tub.

The new owners of the Yucca Valley estate were New Jersey-based Richard and Carol-Jeanette Jorgensen. The two also own property in Nevada and are founders of Jorgensen & Company LLC.

It was not immediately clear how the two discovered the off-market home or if they had a direct connection to the actress. Amber Heard first purchased the house in 2019 for $570,000. She managed to sell the property for $1.05 million.
