Gisele Bündchen reportedly bought an $11.5 million Miami mansion, which was directly positioned across the creek from ex-husband Tom Brady's home.

The supermodel was reported to have first viewed the Miami mansion on August 16, which was days before Brady announced that he would be taking an 11-day NFL break. Bündchen then bought the property on October 6.

Brady's NFL break was believed to be his last attempt to save their marriage.

One source noted that the supermodel was looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Brady announced his break from the NFL, indicating that Bündchen was already "done with the marriage and moving on."

The NFL quarterback's mansion has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay while Bündchen's new home is located in Surfside. It was almost directly across the waterway known as Indian Creek.

The source added that Brady and Bündchen will have a dock in their homes, with their close proximity making co-parenting easier.

The same source said that one "could literally swim" from Bündchen's place to Brady's.

Gisele Bündchen's Miami Mansion

Bündchen bought the Miami mansion, spanning 6,600 square feet. It also includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with 25-foot ceilings and numerous terraces with views of the water.

Architectural Digest noted that the Brazilian model's home has an outdoor pool, a home theater, a gym, an eat-in kitchen that opens to a patio, a playroom for her children, and a dock out back.

The home is on an 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot, with an outdoor area that contains a dock, a large pool, and access to the creek.

Bündchen's new estate is on a private cul-de-sac, giving her and herself tons of privacy.

Meanwhile, Brady's home is still under construction. He and his wife purchased the property for $17 million in the area known as Billionaire Bunker due to its wealthy residents namely Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and activist investor Carl Icahn.

In February, Bündchen bought an Art Deco-style cottage in Surfside for $1.25 million.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady Divorce

In October, the couple was reported to have filed for divorce in Florida, with one insider noting that the "settlement is all worked out."

The same source added that Bündchen and Brady have been working on the terms this whole time, including an agreement to joint custody of the kids.

It was also reported that the couple had hired lawyers to prepare for their divorce, with one source saying that they never actually thought that "this argument would be the end of them."

One source noted that Brady is "trying to figure out what to do" after Bündchen hired her own divorce layer.

Another source said that a day before they filed for divorce, the Brazilian supermodel gave Brady an ultimatum to "choose their family or his NFL career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers."

The source continued to say that Bündchen was doing it for her family.
