Rock star Marilyn Manson is facing a rape lawsuit for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl on a tour bus during the promotion of the release of his "Smells Like Children" album in 1995.

The lawsuit was filed under New York's Adult Survivors Act. The complaint filed in Nassau County Supreme Court on Monday is one of the several cases of women accusing the singer of rape and sexual abuse.

Manson's attorney, Brian King, denied the latest allegations, noting that the rocker, born Brian Warner, "does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago."

King went on to say that the victim has been "shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and podcasts for more than two years."

The latest accuser, only identified as Jane Doe, noted in court papers that she decided to proceed anonymously due to fear of retribution from fans.

Rape on Marilyn Manson Tour

The victim said Marilyn Manson invited her to a Dallas show in September 1995. She noted that the rock singer threatened her, saying he "would kill her and her family," if she told anyone.

Manson then started to call the girl and asked her "to send explicit sexual photos of her and her friends to his fan club, Satan's Bakesale," PageSix reported. In December 1995, Manson invited her once again to a New Orleans show.

The lawsuit alleged that Manson took her back on his tour bus and "became more aggressive and again sexually assaulted her," which included "kissing, biting her breast, oral copulation, and penetration."

Both occasions allegedly had Manson's entourage members present on the bus. The victim claimed that she became addicted to drugs and alcohol and was led into the singer's "dark world of drugs, alcohol, sexual deviance, harassment, abuse, and assault."

The victim also claimed that Manson coerced her to have sex with him and other band members or his assistant at the same time when she was 19.

Marilyn Manson's Other Sexual Harassment Cases

In 2021, Marilyn Manson's ex-girlfriend, Ashley Morgan Smithline, sued the singer over rape and unlawful imprisonment.

According to PEOPLE, Smithline's lawsuit against Manson included sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unlawful imprisonment, and human trafficking.

The lawsuit also contained multiple instances of rape, sexual abuse, cutting, whipping, and a nose fracture. The lawsuit also mentioned Smithline being "branded" by the singer when Manson carved his initials on the plaintiff's legs.

The complaint noted that the singer grabbed a knife next to the bed and began "cutting Smithline's shoulder, inner arm, and stomach."

A spokesperson for the singer at the time "strongly" denied the allegations of Smithline in her lawsuit.

Smithline was one of more than a dozen women who accused Marilyn Manson of sexual abuse. Actress Esmé Bianco and Manson's former assistant Ashley Walters were some of the women who also filed a lawsuit against the rock star.
