Rocker Marilyn Manson is facing a new lawsuit after one of his ex-girlfriends accused him of rape and abuse. Manson's ex-girlfriend, Ashley Morgan Smithline, filed a complaint against the rocker on Tuesday, June 29, with several allegations, according to People.

USA Today reported that Ashley Morgan Smithline was one of more than a dozen women who accused Marilyn Manson of sexual abuse. Actress Esmé Bianco and Manson's former assistant Ashley Walters were some of the women who also filed a lawsuit against the rock star.

Marilyn Manson's Ex Sues the Rocker for Rape

Ashley Morgan Smithline's lawsuit against Marilyn Manson included sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unlawful imprisonment, and human trafficking.

Ashley Morgan Smithline, together with attorney Jay Ellwanger, who was also Bianco and Walter's lawyer, filed the complaint. The lawsuit also contained multiple instances of rape, sexual abuse, cutting, whipping, a nose fracture.

The lawsuit also mentioned Smithline being "branded" by the singer when Marilyn Manson carved his initials on the plaintiff's legs.

"(Brian) Warner (Manson's real name) grabbed a knife to the next to the bed and began cutting Ms. Smithline's shoulder, inner arm, and stomach," reads the complaint filed by Manson's ex-girlfriend.

The complaint continued that the cuts drew blood that caused her to go into shock.

"To this day, Ms. Smithline bears the scars of Mr. Warner's cuts," the complaint noted. Apart from the physical abuse Manson's ex sustained, the complaint added that Ashley Morgan Smithline was also threatened by the rocker to be killed if "she left him."

The claims on Smithline's lawsuit echoed what she shared when she previously opened about her experience with the rocker.

In May, Ashley Morgan Smithline took to Instagram to open up about what she went through during her relationship with Marilyn Manson. She also detailed the horrific abuse she has faced at the hands of Manson during her interview with People.

Smithline said she "survived a monster," and the rock star lured her with "this endless intelligence." She also shared that Manson "bit her, whipped her, cut her with a swastika-emblazoned knife and shoved his fist in her mouth during sex."

"I am not a victim, I am a survivor, and my decision today to seek justice is me standing up to demand that my abuser be held accountable," Smithline said in a statement after the lawsuit filing. Smithline further noted that what she did will expose who "really" is Marilyn Manson.

Marilyn Manson Denies the Allegations

In a statement acquired by People, the rocker's camp "strongly" denied the allegations against him. Manson's spokesperson, which was not identified, said there were many "falsehoods" in Smithline's claims.

It can be recalled that this was also the stand of the rocker's representative when Smithline spoke about her experiences last May. Meanwhile, Marilyn Manson's lawyer has yet to respond to the latest lawsuit filed against the rocker.
