One of the three women, who claimed to be a rape victim of Danny Masterson, told a judge Tuesday that 18 years ago, she was drugged and woke up to the "That '70s Show" actor raping her.

During a preliminary hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court, the woman, identifying herself as Jen B on the witness stand, said the first thing she did when she saw Masterson on top of her was grabbed the actor's hair "to pull him off."

The woman tearfully shared that she only intended to pick up keys from the "That '70s Show" actor's house when she was waylaid and made a decision to join in on drinks with mutual friends on Apr. 25, 2003, Associated Press reported.

Masterson was accused of raping three women that occurred in 2001 and 2003.

The Alleged Rape Victim and Danny Masterson

Associated Press reported that Jen B. and the "That '70s Show" actor were in the same circle of friends tied to an organization called Church of Scientology in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Jen B. recalled that on Apr. 25, 2003, when she went to Masterson's house, the "That '70s Show" actor allegedly gave her a drink with vodka in it at her request.

But after 20 minutes, the woman claimed that she had no strength to resist Danny Masterson when he threw her in his jacuzzi. People reported that the woman also said that the actor took her upstairs when she vomited and then put her in the shower, where she began to lose consciousness.

Jen B. further noted that Masterson placed her on his bed and raped her while recalling only flashes of memory in the minutes that followed.

The woman also shared that she tried to fight back, just like when she tried to pull his hair and to put a pillow on his face. The woman then said that Danny Masterson even pulled a gun from his drawer to threaten her after she made attempts to push him off.

Days after the alleged assault, the woman said she has bruises on her wrist and neck area. She also claimed to have pain in her genitalia after the incident.

People reported that the woman only filed a report in June 2004 because her family and friends told her not to go to the authorities.

The "That '70s Show" actor was present in the court on Tuesday. Masterson was reported to occasionally taking notes while his alleged victim was sharing her testimony.

Masterson's defense attorney Thomas Mesereau, repeatedly asked questions to the woman, asking about the inconsistencies between her 2004 report and the 2003 "knowledge report" she filled out about the incident for the church as it tried to intervene between her and Masterson.

The woman acknowledged that there were differences but said that she tried to be truthful in the case.
