Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani used to be "America's Mayor." Now, he is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit from a former employee who also claims that the former Donald Trump attorney and his client, the former president himself, tried selling pardons.

According to CBS News, Noelle Dunphy, who used to work for the former presidential candidate and New York City mayor, is seeking $10 million in compensatory and punitive damages from her former employer for various charges, including sexual harassment and wage theft, as she claimed Giuliani did not pay her frequently.

Justin Kelton, who represents the plaintiff, released a statement, stating that the former NYC mayor was "constantly pressuring her, making sexual comments, sexual remarks, to her, about her, about himself." He added that when they were supposed to be working, he would "grope her and try to initiate sexual contact."

Dunphy claims that Giuliani was always intoxicated as he reportedly drank morning, noon, and night, which made his behavior unpredictable. She also stated that he would take Viagra constantly and expose himself to her and tell her "You take care of this."

She claims in her filing that Giuliani would tell her to satisfy his sexual demands at virtually any time, telling her that this was an absolute requirement of her employment. He even demanded that she should "work naked, or in short-shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her."

Rudy Giuliani Did Not Pay His Accuser Her Wages

In her 70-page lawsuit, Dunphy revealed that she was hired by the mayor back in January 2019 when he was still one of the most influential people in politics, as Giuliani still served former President Donald Trump at that time. She stated that he "fashioned himself publicly as a major player in American politics, a successful businessman, and an important powerbroker."

When she was hired, the plaintiff claimed that Giulini had offered her an annual salary of $1 million plus expenses, as she would be serving as his business development director.

However, the former Republican presidential candidate did not pay her, deferring her wages because his third divorce with ex-wife Judith Giuliani was costing him a lot. However, she did say that he often demanded to have sex, according to The Guardian.

Rudy Giuliani Tried Selling Pardons From Donald Trump for $2 Million

Former President Donald Trump had not been shy about pardoning allies from crimes that they were found guilty of committing. In her lawsuit against the former president's lawyer, Dunphy claimed that Giuliani told her that he has "immunity" and that he was selling pardons from Donald Trump for $2 million. He says that he and the former president used to split their sales of those pardons.

NBC News pointed out that while this was stated in the lawsuit, it did not suggest that any presidential pardons from Trump were actually sold. Dunphy's attorney, Kelton, stated in an interview that they expect this story to be "corroborated in other ways."

The complaint alleged that known Giuliani associate Lev Parnas was present during that conversation and Kelton stated that they want Parnas to talk about it,
