After her recent split with actor Nicholas Hoult, the 24-year-old "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence has been reportedly dating Chris Martin.

According to Us Weekly, Lawrence was seen recently at a concert in New York City where the singer gave special shout-outs from the stage, as attested to by multiple eyewitnesses.

The possibly budding relationship was first reported by E! News online, as confirmed by different sources who said that the two have been spending time together since the end of June, taking place after the split between the Oscar-winning actress and her "X-Men" co-star Nicholas Hoult, who portrayed the role of Hank McCoy, while Lawrence played the part of Mystique.

The 37-year-old Coldplay singer separated from his wife Gwyneth Paltrow this spring before the reports of him seeing the "Hunger Games" star started. Furthermore, onlookers have also reported how Martin looked like he blew a kiss towards the direction of Lawrence, who was seated in the upstairs VIP booth with her friends at a recent concert. The two were also spotted earlier in July at an after-party bash in London after a Coldplay show.

Jennifer Lawrence has actually attended Coldplay concerts for years now and the popular band even wrote and recorded a track for the "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" soundtrack called "Atlas." One insider who is familiar with the situation said that the much-loved actress "loves the band" and thought of the Coldplay front man as "hot," though at that time both were in relationships.

However, despite separating from his wife in March, Chris Martin has said recently that they are still "very close" and that there is "a lot of love between them." Martin and Paltrow have two children -- 10-year-old Apple and Moses, who is 8. While reps for Lawrence and Martin declined to give their comments, Paltrow has been reportedly dating Brad Falchuk, co-creator of "Glee."
