While detailing his new album "You're Dead!," Flying Lotus revealed that Kendrick Lamar "took all his beats."

In a recent interview with Pitchfork, the Los Angeles-native producer confirmed collaborating with Lamar, who is currently busy working on a follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album, "good kid, m.A.A.d city." He also claimed that the "B*tch, Don't Kill My Vibe" hitmaker recorded verses over several tracks he originally put aside for his own "Captain Murphy" project.

"We've been working on stuff together," he said. "I went on tour and he recorded to a bunch of my songs. I don't know if he's gonna use them or not, but he recorded a bunch of stuff, which is why there's no 'Captain Murphy' album out yet. He took all my beats!"

When asked if he was just waiting to see which songs will actually make it into the Compton emcee's highly anticipated album, he replied: "Yeah! At this point, I don't even know! But he took, like, 12, 13 of my tracks, man. I think he recorded all of them, too. I just don't know if they're ever gonna see the light of day."

However, Flylo later took to his Twitter to clarify his previous comments. "Glad to work w @kendricklamar he can have all the beats I got," he wrote. He also responded to a fan's tweet: "@ryannichols7: @kendricklamar seriously what an awful article, made it sound like you were so fed up with him" > i know! Right? It's all love."

Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar revealed to Complex last month that he has recorded 30-40 new tracks for the forthcoming sophomore studio album, as he is still in the process of "getting his ideas down."
