Angelique Boyer is one of the latest celebrities to drench herself for a good cause.

The "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó" star took on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after being nominated by her friend, Sebastián Rulli.

The star told her followers to help out by donating money, and then she added that she had taken on the challenge.

"Here completing the Ice Bucket Challenge," she said. "I'll keep the chain going by nominating Fernando Castillo, Danna Vasquez and Flavio Medina."

Boyer poured the bucket on herself, and she seemed stunned for a moment before gasping. She completed the challenge on the beach, which is the same place that her "Los Derechos de La Mujer" co-star, Rulli, took on a bucket of ice.

But she did the challenge a few hours later, as it was nighttime in her video.

This makes sense as the two are currently going from city to city in Mexico for the play. As a matter of fact they and the rest of the cast travel together by bus.

Rulli revealed through a series of Instagram videos that he has driven his castmates around on the bus.

In a video, he said, "You do what you can."

Rulli completed his challenge during the day time.

He skipped the shirt and nominated Christian de la Fuente, Angelique Boyer and Alejandro Davila. And then he hyped himself up with words that he is known to use quite often on social media.

"Let's go!" he said.

Rulli actually uploaded the video twice as the first one cuts off right before he pours the bucket of water on himself.

But the second video showed that he reacted immediately and let out a loud "whoo!"
