Though the young actress has spent her career at Televisa, it is reported that she may be leaving.

Paola may be making Azteca her new home, according to El Universal.

Roberto Romagnoli, the director of entertainment for the Azteca network, confirms the news. He said they had been speaking to the "Wicked" star for days.

"We contacted her and we talked to her father about her working with us," he said. "Danna is a girl with great talent and it would be good to add her to our team."

Azteca is looking for young talent, which is why they first reached out to Paola. Another person they had previously tried to hire for Azteca was Belinda. However, after chatting with her, they could not come to an agreement.

The news is fitting as in late August it was rumored that she would be making a return to television.

"There are various project," she said. "I am receiving proposals for various things on television, but I have to see what is best. If I get the chance, I'd love to, but I'd love to work with Luis de Llano again. My last show was with him, so it would be marvelous."

Paola does not just want to rush into anything.

The young actress wants a project that grabs her attention and also allows her to grow.

She was supposedly tied to a remake of "La Picara Soñadora" in August, which is also around the same time that she was renegotiating her contract with Televisa. Perhaps Paola found the projects or money lacking, and she has decided to look elsewhere.

Before the supposed remake, Paola was allegedly banned from working for Televisa.

In April, she denied the rumors and said that she hasn't been working on telenovelas because she was busy.
