Kate Middleton and Prince William reportedly hired royal nanny Jessie Webb to care for Baby George, as the Duchess and the nanny were spotted Monday, September 9 at a McDonald's rest stop in London, according to the New York Daily News.

Jessie Webb, who had cared for Prince William, may be coming out of retirement at the ripe age of  71 to lend a trustworthy hand in caring for Baby George. Known for having a splendid sense of humor and for being assertive, Webb has had a great relationship with Prince William. Perhaps, the royal couple cannot think of anyone else who is qualified to trust the care for Baby George. New York Daily News quotes Webb's former colleague saying that "William has fond memories of Jessie and they've put the idea to her that she comes back; I think she's very flattered."

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had earlier expressed their intention to care for their little prince themselves especially in the early days after the baby's birth. The royal couple had said that they did not have any plans to hire a nanny.

Baby George, now at 7 weeks, will be under the care of the "traditionally trained" caregiver, a woman who seems to be like the perfect nanny. Webb's former colleague confided to E!Online News that, "Jessie was very kind to the boys, and William will remember this. Charles was particularly fond of her; Diana, I think, was a bit jealous because Jessie was actually more fun." The strongest quality of Webb, however, is said to be in being discreet and knowing how to safeguard her wards from the prying eyes of the media. With such an impressive character, there's no doubt that Baby George is in great hands with Jessie Webb.
