Google Glass is making a debut at London Fashion Week.

Fashion designers and retailers are picking up on the wearable tech trend and a reporter for The Telegraph was sent to the event using the device.

High-end designers and retailers have already announced their interest, with one style already on the market.

The Financial Times reported Net-a-Porter and Mr. Porter are the first two third-party retailers to sell the wearable device by designer Diane von Furstenberg.

They are available in colors such as "Matt Ice" and "Shiny Elderberry", and each pair -- including clip-on sunshades and a little screwdriver to attach the quartz screen -- costs about £1,250 for women and £1,120 for men, FT reports.

In addition, the Italian fashion eyewear retail group Luxottica has partnered with Google in hopes of selling millions of the nifty tech device.

Google Glass has also been made available at London Fashion Week for attendees, the Telegraph reported.

The prevalence of Google Glass in the industry has been slowly increasing.

Toni Garrn, the model and girlfriend of Leonardo Di Caprio, told The Telegraph that in a photo shoot last year she and other models had to wear Google Glass.

"So the entire day, the Google team and all the models are looking into the corners of our lenses while we were trying to talk to each other," she said.

Just as it is increasingly popular for high-end fashion customers, other tech giants are rolling out their own chic devices. Apple announcing the Apple Watch (not the iWatch as some had predicted) and Samsung releasing the Gear Fit band are just some examples of this.

Dr. Dre wore a Gear "smartband" on each wrist in New York last week along with an inflatable jacket that charged them, the Telegraph reported.

And as the demand for such devices increases, the demand for their usefulness increases.
