Many Apple users have enjoyed the new iOS7 update, which was released earlier this week, but some have experienced problems with the installation and are getting fed up.

Apple usually releases a new operating system and then follows up by providing a secondary update within a month and a half or so in order to address concerns and fix glitches. This time seems to be no exception as users are already reporting some issues.

The Guardian reported some examples from Twitter users who were unhappy with the time it took to update to their new operating system.

"iOS8 will be available by time iOS7 finish updating," said one user, DJ Melo. Another user, Elle Lake, said: "43 minutes remaining to download iOS 7.0 but now 10 minutes later there is an error, and I have to upload it again with another 2 hour wait".

Several others reported that they were experiencing errors as well, which will likely be patched up relatively soon or at least ahead of the next update.

The new operating system comes just in time for the release of the new iPhone 5s and 5c. Avid Apple fans lined up at the wee hours of the morning today and even yesterday. The Los Angeles Times said that some fans lined up as early as 2:30 p.m. yesterday even though the phone didn't officially go on sale until 8 a.m.

27-year-old Danny Lopez told the LA Times that there were people offering him dinner in exchange for his spot in the line as he waited to buy the new phone.
