Angelique Boyer may be having a lot of professional success, but she's also experiencing some tough moments.

The blonde actress lost her mother earlier in the year, and she has taken to her Instagram to share a message about her mother.

"She would say that she never saw herself as beautiful," Boyer said. "She saw herself as art, and art doesn't need to be beautiful. It has to make you feel something. I really need you Mom..."

A few weeks ago, Boyer was in France with her brother and father, and she talked about how they all missed her mom. And she has been very honest about how hard it has been for her.

Following her mother's death, Boyer wrote a lengthy message on Twitter.

"It's the biggest blow that I've ever taken," she said. "I miss her more than I ever thought I could. Even though I want to say goodbye, I can't."

She continues talking about how her mom gave them her love for 33 years, and how sad it would be that she wouldn't be able to see them take the next steps in their lives.

Boyer continued to work hard after her mother's death, which is something that many of her co-workers noticed.

Her co-star Alejandro Avila explained that Boyer was strong and continued to work on their telenovela. He called her a "tremendous actress and professional."

"Despite her pain, she has shown incredible fortitude and a unique discipline," he said.

At the time, Avila explained that Boyer was juggling the ending of "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó" and the beginning of "Los Derechos de la Mujer."

Nowadays, Boyer has moved on to her new play, "Los Hombres Son de Marte, Las Mujeres Son de Venus" and she's started dating her co-star Sebastián Rulli.
