Sherlock's sex would "be explosive," and he'd "test the latex beforehand," according to star of BBC drama "Sherlock," Benedict Cumberbatch, who went into brow-raising detail about the likely sexual behaviors of the world's favorite asexual sloth.

The methodical detective refuses to let sex distract from his investigations; he suppresses his sex drive with his work and fundamentally lacks interest in sex. After all, "cold showers, looking at a lot of dead bodies ... that'll do it for you," Cumberbatch told Elle magazine,

Nonetheless, Cumberbatch assured the public that Sherlock would know "exactly how to please a woman," if he were positioned to do so. And it would be safe sex.

He's sociopathic, and yet he would enjoy sex if he was meant to do it for a purpose. He'd "do a little experiment to do with durability, length, girth and um, strength," he'd take vitamin supplements and he'd "have plenty of sleep, abstain from cigarettes and alcohol," watch a "lot of porn" and "shave, um, areas to fit in with a modern idea of bodily hair."

The sex would be "devastating," Cumberbatch assured confidently, stating, "[Sherlock] knows bodies very well. I'd know exactly where to put my fingers, where to put my tongue, where to put my -- his, I should say -- his fingers, his tongue.

"I'd know exactly how to get that person into it and get pleasure out of making that person feel pleasure. It would be explosive."

No matter, Cumberbatch quickly confirmed that the aforementioned sex scene would never be featured on "Sherlock" because "it's not that kind of interview is it?"

But, there have been sex scenes in the past, Cumberbatch told Elle. Apparently, he "shagged Irene Adler that night they had together when he rescued her from a beheading." But, there's little hope that Sherlock and Molly will get it on. When asked if Sherlock would shag Molly, Cumberbatch simply responded, "No."

Sherlock will be returning to BBC early 2015.
