Welcome to another edition of "Fantasy Football Friday."

Week 9 is here at last, and it's time to decide which quarterbacks to start and which quarterbacks to bench. Quarterbacks put up the highest amount of Fantasy points per week, but they can also disappointment unlike any other position.

Here are the best and worst choices of notable quarterbacks for Week 9.

Start

Andy Dalton

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been in a slump, but we're going to bet he bounces out of it. He hasn't thrown a touchdown in his last two games, and in his last three games Dalton has just two touchdown to three interceptions. Luckily for him, the Bengals face the 1-7 Jacksonville Jaguars at home in Week 9. With AJ Green, you can expect Dalton to get out of his passing slump and finally put up some good fantasy numbers.

Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson has shown he can make plays and put up great numbers despite not having any elite wide receivers. This week, Wilson and the Seahawks face the 0-7 Oakland Raiders at home in Century Link Field. The Seahawks should be able to force turnovers and give Wilson great field position for positive yards and sure touchdowns. The Raiders don't exactly have a terrific secondary either.

Philip Rivers

The San Diego Chargers have lost their last two games after winning five in a row. They know this is a must-win game against the Miami Dolphins. Philip Rivers has 20 touchdowns to just five interceptions this season, but three have come in the last two games. The Dolphins, on the other hand, have won their last two games. Expect Rivers to put up big numbers in this must win game.

Bench

Tony Romo

Tony Romo is a great quarterback, but it's just too risky. He had back surgery in the offseason, and he had to leave the game against the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football. There's a chance we may see Dallas Cowboys backup quarterback Brandon Weeden start instead. Aside from injuries and uncertainly, the Arizona Cardinals have a terrific defense led by Patrick Peterson. No team blitzes the quarterback more than the Cardinals defense does.

Joe Flacco

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is very inconsistent. One week he threw five touchdown passes against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but last week he had zero touchdowns with two interceptions against the Bengals. This week Flacco will be facing the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road, and that could spell trouble. Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers offense has been hot lately, meaning the Ravens will have to score a lot of points and throw the ball a lot.

Nick Foles

Last season Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles was amazing throwing for 27 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Unfortunately, Foles has taken a dive for Fantasy Football owners this year. Foles has 12 touchdown passes to nine interceptions this season, including five interceptions in the last three games. Foles has to face the Houston Texans and J.J. Watt this week, and his play lately just isn't worth a start.
