With just three games remaining in the season, NFL fans will be watching critical games in every division.

Conference and division races are coming down to the wire in both the NFC and AFC, and home field advantage is on the line.

Here are five teams who have to win their Week 15 game:

1. San Diego Chargers

It's now or never for the Chargers.

The odds of them winning the AFC West are very slim as they currently sit at 8-5, and the Denver Broncos are 10-3. The Broncos defeated the Chargers back in Week 8, so it would be good to see Philip Rivers respond and even the season series. Even though the Chargers most likely won't win the division, they are still fighting for a wild card spot with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Fortunately for the Chargers, they will be playing at home in San Diego, where they are 5-2 this season. Peyton Manning is an elite quarterback, but the Chargers need this win.

2. Detroit Lions

More and more it looks like Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are going to win the NFC North, as usual. At 9-4, the Lions are one win behind the 10-3 Packers for first place in the division. The Lions defeated the Packers in Week 3 at home, but finish the season at Lambeau Field, almost a certain loss. The Lions will face the 6-7 Minnesota Vikings at Ford Field, where they are 6-1 this season. The Lions also have a perfect record against division opponents. If the Lions want to have any chance at dethroning the Packers, they have to take care of business against the Vikings on Sunday.

3. Philadelphia Eagles

Even though the Philadelphia Eagles lead the NFC East at 9-4 over the Dallas Cowboys because of a tie-breaker, this is definitely a must-win game for the City of Brotherly Love. The Cowboys are a perfect 6-0 on the road this season; they don't need home field advantage come playoff time. The Eagles on the other hand are 6-1 at home and 3-3 on the road. It won't be an easy task with Mark Sanchez throwing the football, but the Eagles need this win if they're going to advance in the playoffs.

4. Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have been in free fall mode over the last three weeks. At 7-3, the Chiefs controlled their own destiny going forward and had a chance at grabbing a top two seed in the AFC. However, the Chiefs have lost their last three consecutive games to drop to 7-6 overall. The Chiefs are now a disappointing 1-3 against AFC West teams. Quarterback Alex Smith has yet to throw a single touchdown pass to any wide receiver this season. If the Chiefs are going to have any chance at making a wild card, they have to defeat the Oakland Raiders at home this week. The Raiders upset the Chiefs in Week 12, 24-20.

5. New England Patriots

The Broncos and Patriots are fighting for the No. 1 seed in the AFC for home field advantage in the postseason. The Patriots picked up a great victory over the Chargers in Week 14 to improve to 10-3 overall, but the Broncos won't back down. Tom Brady and the Patriots play the Miami Dolphins at home in Foxborough this week, and they need this game more than ever. There's a chance we may even see Chandler Jones and Dont'a Hightower return to the active roster.
