The 2014 NFL season has just two games left for each team, and fans everywhere have questions regarding standings, playoffs and even coaches.

The Latin Post.com Twitter mailbag is full this week, so let's dive into some of the questions:

That's a good question, Bryan.

For people who don't know what "Black Monday" in the National Football League is, it refers to the first Monday after the regular season ends. Now, to answer your question. The big name, of course, is Chicago Bears coach Marc Trestman, who will miss the playoffs again. Another one is Rex Ryan, who is expected to get fired by the New York Jets. Despite making it to two AFC Championship games, Ryan and owner Woody Johnson just aren't on the same page. To be honest, I think the Miami Dolphins will fire Joe Philbin, as well. For the third consecutive season, the Dolphins have fallen apart in December and will likely miss the postseason.

The Green Bay Packers are 10-4, and they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles already. As for the Detroit Lions, they should be able to beat backup quarterback Jimmy Clausen and the Chicago Bears in their next game. The Eagles will be the odd team out because they have lost their last two games, both at home, and they have to finish their season with two road division games.

That's the golden question in the NFL right now.

Reportedly Michigan is offering Jim Harbaugh as much as $49 million. It may not be the NFL, but Harbaugh is a Midwest guy who did play college ball at Michigan. If those reports are true, Harbaugh would be the highest paid coach in all of college football. The money speaks for itself. As far as getting traded to another team, it will solely depend on whether or not Harbaugh wants to take the Michigan job or remain in the NFL. If Harbaugh wants to capture that exclusive Super Bowl ring, then there's a great chance the San Francisco 49ers will trade him and get value this offseason.

This year is more open than most years. You could make the case for so many different players like Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, J.J. Watt and DeMarco Murray. We haven't seen a defensive player win MVP since Lawrence Taylor did so in 1986 with the New York Giants, and a tight end has never won it. Most likely, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will get the award this season. Rodgers has 35 touchdowns and five interceptions with a league-leading 111.2 passer rating. Don't be surprised if Rodgers picks up his second career MVP award.

Week 16 gives football fans a lot of great games to look forward to. So which team could pull an upset this upcoming weekend? Look out for the New York Jets over the New England Patriots. Even though the Jets are just 3-11, they always play the Patriots tough. In Week 7, the Jets only lost by two points, 27-25. Last season, the Jets defeated the Patriots at home. This game will be at MetLife Stadium and Rex Ryan wants to go out with a victory over Bill Belichick at home.
