Week 17 of the 2014 NFL Fantasy Football season is here.

As we all know, staying on top of your waiver wire is key to winning your Fantasy Football league. This is the final week of the Fantasy Football regular season, so it's critical to have a great performance. This week all different types of positions are thriving in the waiver wire.

Here are five players you should consider signing off waiver wire for Week 17:

1. Zach Ertz

The Philadelphia Eagles have been eliminated from the playoffs, but tight end Zach Ertz has been playing very well lately. In his last game against the Washington Redskins, Ertz had 15 receptions for 115 yards, giving him 646 receiving yards for the year. With Mark Sanchez throwing the football, deep ball passes have been declining for the Eagles, so Ertz should get a lot of touches against the New York Giants next week.

2. Robert Woods

Rookie wide receiver Sammy Watkins has been getting most of the attention in Buffalo, but 22-year-old Robert Woods has been performing good as well. Woods ranks second on the team with 660 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Last week, against the Oakland Raiders, Woods had seven catches for 52 yards and a touchdown. In their final game, the Buffalo Bills will face the New England Patriots, who have a few injuries to their secondary.

3. Matt Asiata

If you need a running back, Matt Asiata could be your guy. He can't fill the void for Adrian Peterson in Minnesota, but the 27-year-old running back has been very consistent. Asiata has run for more than 50 yards in three of his last four games including a 77-yard day against the Miami Dolphins in his last game. Asiata has three rushing touchdowns in his last two games and 79 receiving yards in his last three games to go along with that. To make Fantasy owners feel even better, Asiata and the Vikings take on the Chicago Bears pitiful defense next week.

4. Teddy Bridgewater

Another Vikings player who could help you out in Fantasy Football.

Teddy Bridgewater is a rookie, and like most rookie quarterbacks, he's had his ups and downs. Lately, Bridgewater has been playing like the quarterback we once saw at LSU. Bridgewater has thrown a touchdown pass in his last nine consecutive games, including two touchdowns in four of his last five games. Bridgewater has also been making plays with his feet, and a home game against the Chicago Bears is just what the doctor ordered. If you're having quarterback problems, Bridgewater could be a nice addition off the waiver wire.

5. Kendall Wright

Kendall Wright is arguably the most underrated wide receiver in the NFL today. A lot of people don't realize this guy had 94 catches for 1,079 yards last year for the Tennessee Titans. This season has been tough because of so many quarterback issues, but Wright could be the right choice for Week 17 in your league. In Week 13 against the Houston Texans, Wright had one of his best games ever with 132 yards and a touchdowns. Facing the Indianapolis Colts' defense shouldn't pose much of a threat.
