75.9 percent of general managers said they believe the Miami Heat will win yet another title in this upcoming season and 69 percent picked LeBron to be the MVP for a fifth time, according to NBA.com.

The NBA surveyed each team's General Manager and asked them who they thought would be the favorites in the upcoming season, which kicks off at the end of October.

The GMs also picked who they thought would be winning each division and conference. While most chose the Heat to win the Eastern Conference and the Spurs to win the Western Conference, every single GM picked the Heat to be the winners of the Southeast Division.

The player voted to most likely have a breakout season was New Orlean's Anthony Davis. One of the closest results of all of the questions was when general managers were asked who they believe is the best power forward in the NBA. Tim Duncan just eked out the number one spot with 31 percent ahead of Minnesota's Kevin Lowe, who finished with 27 percent of the votes.

There were many other different kinds of questions as well; the GMs said the Golden State Warriors are the most fun to watch, followed by the L.A. Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder.

In terms of which player is best in the clutch, the GMs were asked which player they would want with the game on the line, and Kevin Durant edged out Kobe Bryant, 39 percent to 32 percent.

Lastly, the GMs picked Chris Paul as the player with the best basketball IQ. This does make sense considering his role with the NBA Players Association and all of the extra things he would need to know.
