Bryson Bryant, the son of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes, has reportedly been court-ordered to spend a minimum of six weeks in residential rehab.

RadarOnline reports Bryant's mandatory rehab stint follows a series of run-ins with the law for alcohol- and drug-related incidents throughout 2013 and 2014. He was arrested, put on probation and ordered to serve 30 days of house arrest in February 2014 for driving under the influence and wrecking his silver Dodge Charger back in June 2013.

However, Bryant violated his probation after failing his random drug tests and testing positive for cocaine. Bryant also refused to pay over $1,200 in fines and skipped mandatory DUI school, which resulted in a court-order for him to serve three months in jail beginning in September 2014.

On Jan. 13 , Bryant was ordered by the court to spend six weeks in rehab to recover from his apparent alcohol and drug addiction. Prior to his court-ordered rehab stint, Bryant was arrested for shoplifting, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license and various other illegal activities dating all the way back to 2010.

In the midst of his legal troubles, Bryant became a father in 2012 and has a daughter named Bri'Asia with his estranged girlfriend, Ashley Hill, the Daily Mail reports.

Leakes has yet to speak publicly on the current scandal surrounding her son. She also has a history of run-ins with the law, prior to obtaining her celebrity.

"[Leakes] was arrested and charged for defrauding her phone company in 1992 and was sentenced to two years' probation," the Daily Mail reports. "Three more arrests for probation violation followed."
