Bravo TV's "Million Dollar Listing New York" star Luis Ortiz is having a blast honing in on his real estate craft with his suave, yet aggressive touch -- and, of course, he's batting those baby blue eyes that seal the deal.

On Feb. 17, Ortiz who hosted The Maestro Cares Foundation's Second Annual "Changing Lives, Building Dreams" gala fundraiser at the glamorous Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, spoke to Latin Post in an exclusive interview and dished on "Million Dollar Listing New York's" latest season, his love life and his goals for 2015.

Ortiz was chosen to host the black tie dinner by international superstar and fellow Puerto Rican Marc Anthony and Colombian entrepreneur Henry Cárdenas, who are the co-founders of The Maestro Cares Foundation that benefits homeless and neglected children in developing Latin American countries.

World Golf Hall of Fame Inductee and Co-Founder of The Chi Chi Rodriguez Foundation, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Meera T. Ghandi CEO and Founder of The Giving Back Foundation and Marcelo Claure, CEO of Sprint Corporation were honored at the event for their humanitarian and philanthropic efforts.

The Puerto Rico native, who says he returns to the beautiful island three times a year for a relief from the cold New York winter, was thrilled to have the opportunity to represent The Maestro Cares Foundation.

"I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, so I am a true Hispanic and we have so much good culture and so much good energy and so much talent and so much ability - and most of these kids don't even know they have, or they cannot dream of having because they don't know how to..." he explained. "This foundation, what it's doing is pretty much giving them the rights around things so that they can be the best people they can be and hopefully change the world someday."

So, what should viewers expect this season "Million Dollar Listing New York?"

"I still have no girlfriend, so I can't promise you one. The network would love for me to have a girlfriend, but listen, I don't have one. I have to focus," he said.

Ortiz wasn't alone on Valentine's Day, however.

"I actually went out on a date and I treated that date as if she was my girlfriend, but with the understanding that that was it was up to them, until then, that was it," he said.

What does he hope to accomplish in 2015?

"What I want to accomplish is, I would say to spend more time with family and friends. ... Since I left (Puerto Rico) and came to New York. I have been going, going and going. It's business and business and business. But at some point, you have to understand this all all great, but spending time with family is much more important ... but obviously growing my business and continuing on the show and see where it takes me."
