"Like I told you 15 years ago, the next level is coming," says Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) in the new trailer for the highly anticipated film "Entourage," the film based on the wildly popular, award-winning hit HBO series.

The bros are back in town and not only will they actually be on the big screen together, but Vince's (Adrian Grenier) big screen goals are extending into the directing arena. Fans will be happy to see the gang all back together as the show's original cast reunites, including Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven.

Just like the boys' expectations, the film is over-the-top and brings the babes, the booze, the fancy yacht parties -- and, of course, the drama of Hollywood!

Here's how it goes down: Movie star Vincent Chase (Grenier) and his crew, Eric (Connolly), Turtle (Ferrara) and Johnny (Dillon) are back in business with "super-agent-turned-studio head" Ari Gold (Piven). "Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood."

Also starring are Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment as father-and-son Larsen and Travis McCredle. Returning cast from the series includes Perrey Reeves as Ari Gold's wife; Emmanuelle Chriqui as Sloan; Rhys Coiro as Billy Walsh; Debi Mazar as Vince's publicist, Shauna; Rex Lee as Lloyd; Constance Zimmer as Dana Gordon; and Nora Dunn as Dr. Marcus. Emily Ratajkowski appears as herself.

Rounding out the cast are Alan Dale, who appeared in the series, rapper Scott Mescudi, and MMA fighter Ronda Rousey, who also appears the in "Furious 7" where she takes on Michele Rodriguez.

Hollywood's Latina sweetheart Jessica Alba, action star Liam Neeson, and Warren Buffet -- yes, the business guru and treasured philanthropist will also grace "Entourage" fans with their presence.

Other cameos that should bring the laughs include Bob Saget, Andrew Dice Clay, Ed O'Neill, Gary Busey and David Spade. The TMZ crew will even make an appearance -- how fitting!
