American Hustle premiered in New York City Sunday. The event was star-studded though Jennifer Lawrence appears to be nowhere in sight.

Lawrence did make herself present for the photo call which took place before the main event. Amy Adams, Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Renner were all present for the big night. Other stars such as Louis C. K., Chris Cornell and Taryn Manning also made appearance.

All eyes were on Cooper, who made it to the event with his girlfriend, Suki Waterhouse, reports the Christian Post. The British model and the "Silver Linings Playbook" star made their very first public appearance as a couple that day.

Cooper was initially linked to Lawrence since "Silver Linings Playbook" days. The two had undeniably amazing chemistry on screen which made fans guessing if they were really an item.

With Lawrence's split-up with boyfriend Nicholas Hoult early last year, fans and spectators couldn't hope for more. Cooper was quick to dispel rumors saying that he was too old for Lawrence.

"First of all, I could be her father," he told ET in a report by Gossip Cop.

"That's very funny. We've done two movies together. If it didn't happen by now, it's not going to happen. No, no, no, no. Not even close," he continued.

Lawrence also agreed with Cooper's statement in a separate interview - disconfirming their supposed budding romance.

The two are once again casted for the same movie, 'American Hustle.' Cooper plays Richie DiMaso, an FBI Agent while Lawrence plays Rosalyn Rosenfeld - wife of Irving Rosenfeld played by Christian Bale.

'American Hustle' was on limited release December 13 in the US. The movie was first released in Australia, December 12. It came to the United Arab Emirates December 14 through the Dubai International Film Festival.

The film will be on full release simultaneously in the US and in the UK (London) December 20. It will also be released to 27 other countries with the latest release in Netherlands by the 20th of March.
