The TV show "Botched" has explored plastic surgery operations gone wrong, but one surgery that two of their doctors approve of is the Brazilian butt lift, according to chat with HollywoodLife

Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow give the Brazilian butt lift a thumbs up. The two doctors are the stars of the E! show, which just premiered its second season. The two doctos have seen all sorts of botched plastic surgeries that they have to fix. Patients have come in with concrete, glue and caulking agents injected into their faces, breasts and buttocks.

Dubrow says that people can die from failed plastic surgery, and that it's important to be careful. For example, pumping parties should be avoided.

Pumping parties are where someone, without a medical license, comes into a patient's home to pump a substance into various body parts to get rid of wrinkles or increase the size their breasts, buttocks or hips.

People still do it, and Nassif and Dubrow must deal with the consequences of these non-licensed procedures. Even worse, flesh-eating bacteria can result from these procedures because of the use of unsterilized injections being made into the body.

Both the doctors blame celebrity culture and social media for pressuring people to get plastic surgery. They say that people often undergo multiple surgeries that often lead to "horrendous results."

"They see celebrities sort of not aging on TV, and most celebrity work done now is very good," Dr. Dubrow said.

Dr. Nassif says that selfies are a big motivator for people to get plastic surgery.

"You see your face, your neck, you're staring up close and you start Photoshopping, then you want to get Botox and a little filler – that's how it starts," he says.

Despite the risks associated with plastic surgery, complications can occur. Both doctors pointed out that complications on breast surgery occur in young women 27-35 percent of the time time.

Still, there is some good news that the doctors relayed. The Brazilian butt lift is a procedure they recommend.

The procedure involves taking fat from the abdomen and thighs and transferring it into the buttocks. The doctors say that the fat survives in the buttocks.

"It works!" they said.

Both doctors said to go to a certified and trained surgeon for the procedure or they would regret it.
