There is a price to pay for fame after all - and that includes having to deal with persistent photographers who are taking nosey to another level.

The 19-year old member of world sensation, One Direction has finally had it. Though he was nowhere in sight for the brief hearing, Harry Styles was successful in barring paparazzi from taking pictures.

According to a report, Harry Styles initially persuaded photographers to stop snapping pictures of him to the point of harassment. But when the photographers did not budge, the young man took the matter to court.

The One Direction star's council, David Shelbourne told Justice Nicola Davies that his client only wishes to do away with paparazzis and not fans.

"This is not a privacy injunction. Mr Styles is not trying to prevent fans approaching him in the street and taking photos," Harry's council said.

"He remains happy to do that, as he always has. Rather, it is the method or tactics which have been used by a certain type of photographer," he continued.

The court order was granted to Harry against unidentified individuals referred to as "Paparazzi AAA and others" Monday.

The injunction prohibits photographers "from pursuing the singer by car or motorcycle, placing him under surveillance, loitering or waiting within 50 metres of his place of residence to monitor his movements or take photos of him in such circumstances," reports the Telegraph.

The court order is said to take effect until a follow-up hearing in the week beginning January 13 is scheduled to take place. The judge will then determine if the injunction shall continue or if another course of action is warranted.

Media has been abuzz lately with snapshots of Harry Styles and rumored girlfriend, Kendall Jenner coming in and out of the same hotel.

The latest buzz around the 1D member and the reality star took place in London where Harry Styles allegedly flew to meet up with her - leaving the rest of his band mates in France.
