Some Latino celebrities are finding that bugs can actually be pretty tasty.

These celebrities are not keeping their new tastes secret. Some have decided to show off their bug-eating habits on social media sites, especially Instagram.

Livia Brito snapped a video of herself eating a chapuline, which is similar to a grasshopper. Actor Jose Ron posted the video on his Instagram page.

"Grasshoppers ... Part of the Fiorellina diet," Ron wrote on the video's caption.

Brito seems hesitant at first. Someone tells her the bug is protein, before she puts the insect on her tongue. She leaves it there for a few seconds before finally chewing on it. In the video, it is unclear if the actress is enjoying it or not, but she keeps a smile on her face throughout it all.

Julian Gil proves that there is another way to eat insects, and that is inside of tacos. He called the ant and chapuline taco delicious.

Salma Hayek has also taken a video of herself eating bugs. Just three days ago, the actress proved that she has eaten a cricket with an Instagram video.

In fact, Hayek has admitted to eating insects since she was a child, according to The Telegraph.

Appearing on the "Late Show with David Letterman," Hayek described the ways that insects can be prepared.

"These little ants fried are amazing with a little guacamole," she said. "And the worms, there are many different recipes for those. The little grasshoppers have a smoky flavour to them. It's the way they cook them, and it's really good."

Latino celebrities are not the only ones that enjoy eating insects though.

Angelina Jolie has admitted to not only eating insects herself but also feeding them to her kids, Us Weekly reported.

"My boys love to eat crickets. It's their favorite thing," she said.  "When I first gave it to them ... I wanted them not to be turned off by something that was of their culture. They ate them like Doritos, and they wouldn't stop."

She actually had to ban the crickets at a point. Jolie was afraid her sons would become sick from too many of them. And Jolie is also a fan of them.

"They're good. They're like a potato chip," she said.

Like Jolie, Shailene Woodley admits that she loves eating bugs, according to E! Online.

"I've eaten ants and that was great," Woodley told Nylon Magazine. "And June bugs, that was great. I think the future of food is in insects, so we'll see what happens."
