Friday's all-new episode of "Grimm" will be intense when Nick learns Adalind is pregnant with his baby.

Earlier this season, Nick slept with Adalind while she was pretending to be his girlfriend Juliette. Although the one-night-stand helped Nick regain his powers as a Grimm, it caused serious repercussions for Juliette, who was transformed into an evil Hexenbiest.

Now, not only is Juliette a raging Hexenbiest, but she also broke up with Nick and is using her power to hurt others.

In a sneak peak of the new episode, which is entitled "Iron Hans," Adalind reveals her pregnant stomach to Nick and tells him that he is the father of her unborn child. She then asks him to protect her from Juliette.

According to CarterMatt, the synopsis reads as follows:

"Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) are brought in to investigate a homicide they learn is connected to an age-old Wesen rite of passage. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) makes a surprising new ally. Elsewhere, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) continues to battle a darkness within, and Nick finds hope for Juliette in the last person he expected -- Adalind (Claire Coffee)."

Executive producer David Greenwalt also dropped spoilers about the Season 4 finale, revealing that The Royals will converge on the city once Adalind's baby Diana hits town.

"She's coming back ... in a slightly different form this time," Greenwalt told TV Guide. "Everybody wants to get their hands on her, and the Royals have brought out all the big guns for this."

The EP went on to reveal both Nick's mom Kelly and Trubel will also return in the finale to help give Nick back up.

In addition, fans can expect at least two deaths, while Monroe will fight for his life after "one of his friends shoots him at one point," Greenwalt says.

Furthermore, executive producer Jim Kouf added that "the captain will be shot again. We have to shoot the captain at the end of every season. It's kind of a thing now."

"Grimm" Season 4, Episode 19, "Iron Hans," airs on Friday, April 24, at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
