Are Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber reigniting their relationship? Recently, the two young stars were spotted together for the first time in months, but it seems that most fans do not want the two to start dating again.

Yesterday, Gomez, 21, and Bieber, 19, were seen riding Segways together, or at least in the same vicinity. Bieber was several feet ahead of his ex-girlfriend; he apparently mastered the useful skill of Segwaying better than Gomez.

The two were reportedly having their mobile fun in The Oaks, Bieber's neighborhood. The neighborhood, however, does not belong to the pop star. Other residents were not pleased by Bieber and Gomez's hang-out session.

"Shoutout to @justinbieber for holding up all the traffic in the Oaks. Grow up," Nick Sanitsky said via Twitter. "...@justinbieber told us to f*** off, and his bodyguards blocked the road..."

"Bieber and Selena cussed me out while riding segways in the middle of the street because we couldn't drive around his security detail," Max Sonnenberg agreed via Twitter. "FYI Justin, other people live in this neighborhood too."

Those are two people that are definitely fed up with Bieber and Gomez. According to a poll by MTV, 39 percent of people are sick of their relationship as well. On the other hand, 45 percent of voters said the two should get back together.

If Bieber hopes to win back the hand of his lost love, he may have to out-romance Romeo Miller, formerly known as Lil' Romeo, who reportedly has his eyes on Gomez.

Last week, Miller, 24, posted a photo onto his Instagram page of Gomez wearing one of his sweatshirts. A MediaTakeOut.com "insider" said that Miller has been trying to win over Gomez since her break-up with Bieber. The website claims that Miller and Gomez have already "hung out" within a group of friends as well as gone on a few dates together.

Perez Hilton says Miller is "pals" with Bieber, but this does not appear to be stopping Miller from expressing his interest in the "Slow Down" singer. In August, the son of Master P was very blunt when asked what he wanted for his birthday.

"How about a hot date with Selena Gomez?" Miller said according to Perez Hilton.

Just what about Gomez makes Miller forget his "I don't need a girlfriend" mantra made popular by his 2001 debut hit "My Baby?"

"Selena, she's like the girl version of me, man," Miller continued. She's amazing."
