"Pirates of the Caribbean" star Keira Knightley has given birth to her first child, multiple news outlets have reported.

Citing reliable sources, E! News announced that Knightley and her husband, James Righton, whom she married in France in May 2013 , have welcomed their new bundle of joy. Details about the baby's gender, where and when the baby was born are still unknown, as the couple has been keeping pregnancy-related information private. "The Imitation Game" star's representative has not yet confirmed the news as well.

Rumors about Knightley's pregnancy circulated in December, but she never confirmed it. Instead, she attended formal events and let her baby bump do the talking.

But in February, Knightley sat down with Ellen DeGeneres and she candidly talked about her experiences and thoughts as a soon-to-be first time mom. Knightley, who did not know the sex of the baby yet during the interview, shared her apprehensions in changing diapers if she gets a baby boy.

She said, "Somebody said to me the other day, the problem with boys is - sorry, this is horrible - but when you're changing their nappies, you can get the wee in your face ... I never knew that before, so it was terrifying.. And apparently they roll as well, so you have to try to stop them while you're trying to grab something else in order to stop them peeing in your face. So that sounds quite interesting."

The one who seemed to have enjoyed her pregnancy was her husband. She told Degeneres that during the Oscars after party, Righton had a "great time." She added, "I'm eating for two and he's drinking for two. There's a lot of free champagne, so he thinks because I'm not drinking the free champagne, he has to. So, all of it."

Knightley also admitted that she didn't have a birth plan yet at the time. She quipped, "Sorry, but what is the plan apart from to get it out? There isn't an option to keep it in, is there? So, I'm assuming my plan is to get it out. But apparently there's more to the plan than that. I don't know what that is. Still, my plan is to get it out. It will come out."
