When the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the initial set of presenters for the Golden Globes 2014, it caught a lot of attention when it included the names of Robert Downey Jr. and Jennifer Lawrence among many others.

The Variety wrote that the ceremony for this year will once again be hosted by the funny female duo Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

The Hunger Games star is also a nominee in the 71st Annual Golden Globe awards night for her role in the much awaited movie American Hustle. The movie is the leader in the list of nominations along with another film entitled 12 Years a Slave. Both movies are both on the lead in about seven categories at present, Independent UK stated.

Other celebrity names included in the list of announced presenters who were former winners of the same awarding outfit include that of Kevin Bacon, Uma Thurman, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, and Collin Farrell. Mila Kunis was nominated in 2011. Julie Bowen and Jimmy Fallon were also mentioned.

The awards night will be broadcasted live via NBC straight from the Beverly Hilton on January 12. The pre-show will happen around 4pm to 5pm PT and the main telecast to happen between 5pm to 8pm PT. It will be viewed by 192 countries and produced by Dick Clark Productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
