Sacramento Kings forward Rudy Gay is finally letting go of his expansive Memphis mansion.

The 28-year-old Baltimore native has listed his luxury home, which he bought five years ago, for $2.2 million, according to Realtor.com.

The 8,373-square-foot residence is an interesting property with several modern and aesthetic accents inside.

An artisitc and chic abode

Based on the realty site's description of the home, the interior details include trendy features like a reflective fireplace, black and white flooring with geometric designs, marble-lined bathrooms, living spaces with hardwood flooring, walls displaying vintage art designs, an open floor plan for a more comfortable home and the use of spanning glass panels to create naturally-lit and airy rooms.

But the most notable feature in the baller's dwelling place is the presence of grand chandeliers in almost every room.

The huge Memphis abode also has a grand living room, a sunroom, a home theater with a full bar, and a dining room with coffered ceiling. The listing described Gay's home as "completely renovated" and "a must see majestic mansion."

The mansion showcases an "amazing master suite" that comes with a fireplace, a sitting room, huge custom-built closets, an attached nursery that can be converted into an office, and a lavish master bath.

Photos of the home show neatly-landscaped grounds since the property is situated in a well-maintained high-end nature park. The estate sits just across a pristine-looking golf course offering relaxing verdant views.

Chefs will find the home's modern kitchen a delightful place to work in because of its ready stainless-steel appliances and large area for meal preparation.

Great Deal For Gay

The small forward bearing the number 8 jersey played for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Toronto Raptors before finding his way to his current team via a trade in 2013.

Everything seems to be working well with the player as he signed a three-year extension deal with the Kings in November worth $40 million, Yahoo! Sports reported, citing sources knowledgeable about the deal. His transfer to the Sacramento team was noted to be productive. He averaged 22.5 points, a career-high rate, over the first 10 games of his season with his new team.
