Former Los Angeles Clippers point guard Jordan Farmar has decided to sell his Tarzana home.

The 28-year-old professional basketball player, who is currently playing for the Darüşşafaka Doğuş of the Turkish Basketball League, is asking $3.5 million for his California residence, Los Angeles Times reported.

The athlete reportedly bought the Spanish-inspired property, resting on more than one-half of an acre, four years ago for almost $1.87 million, thus, his current asking price will give Farmar a hefty profit of more than $1.6 million.

According to the Times, Farmar's private home suits his sporty lifestyle. The 7,500 square-foot property boasts a basketball court and it also comes with five bedrooms and 5.75 bathrooms, saltwater pool, a lounge with a bar, two wine cellars, a formal living room and seven fireplaces.

It also has notable details like beamed ceilings, floors lined with tiles and dark wood, and a staircase furnished with wrought iron. A custom-made wall aquarium that could house lots of fishes add to the charm of the house.

Farmar's master suite also has a spa-like shower and a huge bath tub. Aside from the gorgeous room, the next owners will find delight in the family room as it is equipped with several features like a home theater, a projection screen and a game room. The house is also pet friendly as it comes with a climate-controlled doghouse and a dog run.

The home's elegant stature is complemented by its neatly-landscaped grounds. A 1,500-square-foot pool house, which has its own wet bar and outdoor kitchen, adds grandeur to the house.

Interested buyers of the Farmar property may contact brothers, Josh and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman who handle the listing.

Farmar's career in the NBA was cut short when the L.A. Clippers waived him in January, after playing in 36 games.

He then joined Darüşşafaka Doğuş in February. He is the team's current leader in points, averaging 14.31 points per game, stated basketball.realgm.com.
