Portland Trail Blazers' Al-Farouq Aminu is ready to share the experience of living in his Los Angeles home with the right tenant.

The 24-year-old NBA player, who recently cut ties with the Dallas Mavericks, is renting out his L.A. residence for $6,000 a month, according to Realtor.com.

The property's listing reveals that the Georgia-born basketball player's Playa Vista home is a three-story, stand alone residence that has three bedroom suites and three and a half bathrooms.

Other living spaces that occupy the California property are a spacious chef kitchen equipped with an island, granite counter tops and high-end appliances, a dining area, a step down living room that comes with a fireplace for more comfortable ambiance, two balconies, two-car garage and a private yard.

Prospective renters will then enjoy the pampered living, which the home offers with its master suite highlighted with lavish walk-in closet, a spa tub, a double sink vanity and an extra closet for large items like beddings towels and blankets.

Remarkable interior details of the L.A. home include a naturally-lit room courtesy of several windows, soaring ceilings, flooring lined with Travertine tiles and downlights.

Being in the Playa Vista community, the new renters will experience a convenient lifestyle as it showcases various amenities like a swimming pool, a spa, a gym, and free beach shuttle. It is also near the neighborhood parks, shopping centers, cinemas and even schools.

Reunion in Portland

Aminu agreed to a four-year contract worth $30 million with the Trail Blazers during the start of the month, reported ESPN, citing sources familiar with the deal. The player, whose name, "Al Farouq," means "the chief has arrived," also informed his Twitter followers about this important event in his life via a post on Jul. 1, 2015, that read, "Headed to Portland with my guy Neil Olshey, who believed in me since day one. Much love Rip city here I come"

The special thing about Aminu's career move to Portland is that it will serve as the reunion of sorts between the basketball player and Blazers general manager Neil Olshey, who drafted him in 2010 when Olshey was still with the Los Angeles Clippers.
