Actor-singer Evan Ross has found a buyer for his Los Angeles home.

The son of legendary singer Diana Ross sold his Hollywood Hills home for $1.25 million, Los Angeles Times reported. The original listing price of the property in January was almost $1.5 million, as stated by the outlet at that time.

The listing agent Ross commissioned for the task of selling his house was Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group while Rita Semprevivo of Keller Williams represented the buyer.

The almost 1,700-square-foot bachelor pad of the 26-year-old artist features two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Other living spaces included in the gated Midcentury property are a living room, a dining room, a family room, a garage, and a breakfast bar. The next owner will also find delight in the master suite that comes with a soaking tub.

Built in the 1950s, the Hollywood Hills West property highlights remarkable details that could easily blend in the modern times. The former celebrity abode features vaulted ceilings that create a larger appearance for the rooms.

Outdoors, the property is highlighted by a swimming pool equipped with a spa, a koi pond, and a sheltered patio.

The whole property, which showcases an angled bar that separates the living room from the "expensively equipped kitchen" linked to the two-car garage, is said to be sitting on 0.16 acre of land or just about 7000 square feet, noted Variety.

Photos of the home are available on CelebDigs.com, when it was listed in January. The images show a home that used a great combination of white and dark brown in the interiors, complemented by the burst of life from the lush landscaping outdoors.

Ross tied the knot with actress-singer Ashlee Simpson in August 2014. The couple are expecting their first child within the month of July, as noted by OK! Magazine. Ross is also part of the stellar cast of "The Hunger Games," portraying the role of Messalla.
