Another day, another Justin Bieber arrest -- for the second time in less than a week, the Beebs has been arrested. This time, he's been charged with assault in Toronto!

According to CNN, Miami Beach police have confirmed that the urine test taken at the time of Bieber's arrest showed marijuana and Xanax in his system. When Bieber landed in Toronto, he was promptly arrested from charges stemming from an incident in Toronto on Dec. 30. "While driving the group to a hotel, an altercation occurred between one of the passengers and the driver of the limousine," the police statement said. "In the course of the altercation, a man struck the limousine driver on the back of the head several times. The driver stopped the limousine, exited the vehicle and called police."

And of course, according to the CBC, Bieber is TOTALLY and COMPLETELY innocent, never did ANYTHING wrong, and how dare you suggest otherwise. "Bieber's Canadian lawyer, Brian Greenspan, said he expects the singer's case to be treated as a low-level offense. "Our position is that Mr. Bieber is innocent," he said in a written statement. "As the matter is now before the courts, it would be inappropriate to address the specifics of either the allegation or the defense at this time." The attorney said he expects the case to be treated as a summary offense, which is the equivalent of a misdemeanor in the United States," reports the CBC.

It sounds like people are continuing to enable Bieber to be the screw-up that he's currently become. Rather than surround himself with people who inspire him to be better, he's surrounding himself with yes-men and toadies who simply co-sign everything he does wrong so that the gravy train doesn't get cut off (this includes his own father, who was absent from his life until he became famous).

This certainly can't end well, either for the pop star or anyone affiliated with him.
