The Seattle Seahawks just want to forget about the last play of Super Bowl XLIX. But EA Sports won't let them.

ESPN reports the Seattle Seahawks official Twitter account asked why running back Marshawn Lynch didn't receive a 99 Trucking rating in this year's Madden NFL 16. The Madden official Twitter account replied back with this:

Talk about opening an old wound. For those who don't understand, on the last play of this year's Super Bowl, the Seahawks decided to throw the ball from the one-yard line instead of running the ball with Lynch for the game winning score. The ball was intercepted, and the New England Patriots went on to win the Super Bowl. It was considered by many to be the most boneheaded call in Super Bowl history.

The Seahawks responded to this jab with this:

Recently, EA Sports revealed its ratings for the best running backs overall. Oddly enough, Marshawn Lynch is the top-rated running back in the game. He is rated  96 overall with 99 Stiff Arm, 98 Trucking and 89 Strength. You can check out the rest of the list here.

EA Sports is slowly revealing more information for its newest game installment. According to Scout, Xbox One announced a bundle will be available. If you have an Xbox 360, you can trade that in for a 1 TB Xbox One with a copy of Madden NFL 16.

What's new in Madden? A game mode called Draft Champions, which combines video games with the unpredictable world of fantasy football.

Madden NFL 16 is in stores Aug. 25 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
