EA Sports has released their top five quarterbacks list.

According to the EA Sports blog, the No. 1 overall quarterback is Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers, who won the NFL MVP this year, has a 99 overall rating with 95 Throwing Power, 98 Play Action and 88 Throw on the Run. When you are the MVP of the league, you are certain to get a 99 overall rating.

In second place is New England Patriots' Tom Brady. After winning the Super Bowl last year, Brady has a 97 overall rating with 94 Throwing Power. He also has a 96 TAS. When you are the Super Bowl MVP, your ratings are bound to go up.

Third on the list is New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. Brees had a monster 2014 season throwing for 4,952 yards with 36 touchdowns. He is rated 95 overall with 87 Throwing Power. He also is pretty good in Play Action with a rating of 93. Without Jimmy Graham, Brees still has a number of weapons at his disposal.

Fourth on the list is a bit of a surprise: Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. In "Madden," he is rated 95 overall with a 95 Throw on the Run, which will make him hard to take down. He also possesses a 94 Throwing Power.

The fifth and final player on the list is Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck. After taking his team to the AFC Title game last year, Luck is rated 94 overall with 95 Throw on the Run. He also features a 95 Throwing Power. He was one win away from making it to the Super Bowl -- can he lead the Colts to the promise land this year?

Madden NFL 16 will be released on Aug. 25 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Check out the official trailer below:
