New spoilers reveal that "Bones" will kick off its 11th season on Fox this fall with a story that centers on lies and deception.

Earlier this month "Bones" writer and producer Michael Peterson unveiled via Twitter on July 2 that the name of the Season 11 premiere was "The Revelation in the Remains." However, last week new co-showrunner Michael Peterson tweeted that the Season 11 premiere has been renamed to "The Loyalty in the Lie."

"#bones premiere prep day 2 - title tease! #season11 @BONESonFOX," he tweeted, along with a photo that shows the new name of first episode, which was written by fellow showrunner Jonathan Collier.

According to CarterMatt, Peterson and Collier have stepped up to run the CBS series in wake of executive producer Stephen Nathan's departure.

The synopsis for the season premieres also reveals that the new season will begin months after the point where the finale left off.

"Picking up six months after the Season 10 finale, Brennan and Booth have moved on to a new town and new jobs, having given up their old life and settled into a blissful death-free existence. But a murder unlike any other draws them back to investigate with their former colleagues at the Jeffersonian and FBI," reads the synopsis, according to CarterMatt.

Nathan recently opened up about the upcoming season, telling The Hollywood Reporter that "the mystery and the fun of Season 11 is how is this team going to reassemble. How is life going to go on? At what point do we pick them up?"

The exiting producer also teased that once Booth and Brennan will have a new outlook and approach to their work once they return to the Jeffersonian.

"Whatever they've been doing in this time when they have left the Jeffersonian will allow them to see their work there and their future work in a unique way -- probably in a way even they had not expected."

Season 11 of "Bones" will premiere on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
