A sneak peek of Fox's "Minority Report" showing tech savvy detectives and a gifted precog, Dash, who could help them solve crimes, has finally been revealed.

The series is a reboot of the 2002 thriller film bearing the same title, which was based on Philip K. Dick's short story, The Guardian informed. The film, produced by veteran producer Steven Spielberg, starred the famous Hollywood actor Tom Cruise as a PreCrime police officer.

Entertainment Tonight released the "first look" of the series on its website. Based on the clip, the focus of the "Minority Report" series will be Dash, which is being portrayed by Stark Sands. The story will also be presented in the point of view of the precog, unlike in the movie.

You can watch the clip here.

Dash is a gifted individual who can foresee the future, specifically how murders will be performed, days before they actually happen.

The clip reveals that there are two other precogs like Dash, his siblings, and all three of them are being used by the government for its PreCrime division. They've been serving the government well, as they have helped prevent crimes from happening, effectively leading to a zero crime-rate. But the government decides to abolish the program, setting Dash free.

Ten years after, Dash comes back to the city with a great desire to help solve crimes. Dash needs his brother and sister's help to get the process going once more.

The other characters in the show that will surely add spice to the series. They are Lara Vega (Meagan Good), Dash's twin, Arthur (Nick Zano), Will Blake (Wilmer Valderrama), Agatha (Laura Regan), Akeela (Li Jun Li) and many more.

"Minority Report" will premiere on Sept. 21 at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
