The newest news on Justin Beiber is that the spiraling singer is eyeing to move to Atlanta and is scooping the area's real estate market.

TMZ shares that the Canadian-born singer is looking at a property on Blackland Road within the exclusive Buckhead district where other celebrities like Young Jeezy and Usher lives. The Baby singer is reportedly looking at a 7-bedroom mansion sprawling on an area of 16,000 sqm which is listed for $ 10.95 million

It's reported that this property is the preferred home of Justin because following his experience in Calabasas, he's looking for something that is private and secluded enough that it will not be visible from the street. He's looking for something that is at least 10,000 sqm and willing to spend anywhere between $ 4 to $ 10 million dollars.

Beiber has been seen spending a lot of time with the likes of Jermaine Dupri, P. Diddy and Rick Ross, says the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Sources say that Beiber wants to make a move to Atlanta so he can be rooted in the community's thriving hip-hop culture.

TMZ has sources that have informed them that Beiber has already enlisted the help of his hooked up hip-hop contacts to help him find the best real estate property in Atlanta.

Atlanta was the first place Justin - who was raised in London, Ontario - lived when he moved to the US from Canada to embark on his music career, says Daily Mail and the Buckhead district is considered the "old rich" area of ATL.

The vast estate features a pool, wine cellar, huge grounds, home cinema, a gate and large trees that will give the young star all the privacy he wants. Sotheby's Realty states lists the property as a 'Custom new residence in Tuxedo Park, perfect for the sophisticated buyer that wants extraordinary attention to detail. This residence is the Ferrari of luxury real estate in Atlanta.'
